WHILE YOU ARE AT THE EVENTS
Always keep your valuables in a safe place, if you have to carry your passport or other valuables with you, keep them in a safe place (for example, in a zipped inside pocket).
Keep some spare cash separate from the rest of your money and credit cards.
Stay with your friends, look out for each other and avoid walking back to your accommodation on your own.
Laws can be different in other countries. Please check your country’s Spanish embassy website for further information. UK & Irish passport holders please see - Foreign Travel Advice Spain or Ireland Overseas Travel Advice Spain.

STAY WITH YOUR FRIENDS, LOOK AFTER EACH OTHER.
Keep an Eye on Your Drink: Never leave your drink unattended, even for a moment. If you need to step away, ask a friend to watch it for you.
Stick Together: Enjoy the festival with friends and look out for each other. If someone seems overly intoxicated or unwell, help them to a safe place and seek assistance from festival staff.
Trust Your Instincts: If something doesn't seem right with your drink or if you start feeling strange after consuming it, don't hesitate to seek help immediately.
Report Any Concerns: If you suspect drink spiking or witness suspicious behaviour, don't hesitate to report it to festival staff or security.
ILLEGAL & ILLICIT DRUGS
We continue to remind guests that there is no safe way to take drugs, which are prohibited at the event. As a reminder, anyone caught with prohibited items will not be allowed entrance to the event, and their ticket will be voided. Anyone feeling unwell should contact a member of staff immediately.
Harm-reduction organisation The Loop publishes alerts about substances they have found in circulation and regularly find that the contents, strength or effects may be substantially different to what was expected. The way it looks is no indication of what it contains. Their advice to those who, despite the measures we take, still choose to take drugs includes “Start Slow Stay Low, reducing dose reduces risk.”
We remind you the possession of drugs is illegal in Tenerife and strictly prohibited at Eastenderz Tenerife.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND LOST PROPERTY
We recommend you don’t bring anything too valuable with you, and keep personal belongings locked away at all times just to be safe. Some of the hotels will have safes in the rooms to store valuables. If you lose anything on-site please visit the venue staff, or get in touch directly with our customer relations team at hello@eastenderztenerife.com.
